By registering you become a User of the site and are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions, and the policies of the Creative Space Agent web site. This site is intended for the use of adults only and you must be over the age of 18 to register on this site. The Creative Space Agent (CSA) as a project of the Denver Office of Cultural Affairs (DOCA) for the City and County of Denver, may survey Users by e-mail. If at any time after registration you determine that you do not wish to agree to these policies you can email us at unsubscribe@creativespaceagent.org to be unregistered.

The Creative Space Agent (CSA) is a project of the Denver Office of Cultural Affairs (DOCA) for the City and County of Denver and its Create Denver initiative. The site is intended to support, promote and develop creative enterprises – nonprofit organizations and creative businesses – in the City and County of Denver by providing a site where the creative community and the real estate community can link for purposes of locating space for creative pursuits. Information on this site is provided for this public purpose only. Use of this site for other purposes is expressly forbidden. Copying or using any sponsor logo or trade name is not permitted without a license from the owner of the mark or name.
Neither CSA nor its sponsors assumes any liability whatsoever for any computer virus or other contamination or damage which occurs or might have occurred due to your visit to this site.

Creative Space Agent (CSA) reserves the exclusive right to:
- Determine whether materials submitted for posting comply with CSA’s purposes;
- Reject any submitted materials that are inconsistent with CSA’s purposes;
- Monitor the content, images and artwork submitted for posting on this site;
- Select, format and re-format any and all material appearing on this site;
- Change materials, including links, displayed on this site without notice;
- Alter or discontinue this site at any time.

CSA is committed to respecting your privacy. This Web site is structured so that, in general, you can visit without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us with any identifying information, we intend that it will only be used to support your relationship with CSA. User registration may be used to survey Users by e-mail in order to determine the effectiveness of the Site.

Information may be used to determine the amount of artistic space rented through use of the Site, effectiveness of the Site, and demographics of successful or unsuccessful use of the Site.
